Vertically Integrated Facility

Counter to the popular trend of outsourcing, US Digital’s core products are designed, manufactured, supported and shipped from Vancouver, Washington, USA. Our highly automated processes allow us to make cost competitive, high performance products, meeting the customer’s need for reliable supply chain management. From prototype to production, our vertically integrated design and manufacturing capabilities provide customers best-in-industry lead times and support. With this infrastructure, US Digital is positioned to handle continuous growth well into the future. We have a proven Quality Management System in place, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, that supports the drive for efficiencies through our continuous improvement process.

In 2016, the cleanroom manufacturing and assembly facility was expanded as an investment to support future technologies and increased production capacity. This cleanroom is an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) environment, which meets or exceeds the conditions in accordance with the ISO 14644-1 and Federal Standard 209E.
